SetlistFlow Pro is a one-time unlock, not a subscription. We want you to be happy with it.

14-day refunds

If SetlistFlow Pro is not right for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase and we will give one, no hard questions. The free tier lets you try the core app before you ever pay, so please do that first to make sure SetlistFlow fits how you work.

How to request one

Reply to your purchase receipt from our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy), or contact us with the email you used at checkout. Refunds are issued to your original payment method by the provider, usually within a few business days.

Good to know

• Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for the sale, so the refund is processed on their platform and their terms also apply.
• A refund deactivates the Pro license. Your songs, setlists and saved files are yours and stay on your device either way.
• Outside the 14-day window, contact us anyway if something is wrong with your purchase and we will try to make it right.
