Privacy: the short version

SetlistFlow does not collect your data. The app runs entirely in your browser. Your songs, lyrics, setlists and settings are stored in your browser’s local storage and in the songbook files you choose to save. None of it is uploaded to us or to anyone else.

What leaves your device

• Normal use: no account, and your songs and lyrics never leave your device. With your consent, the app uses Google Analytics (with your IP anonymized) to see which features, views and settings are used, aggregate counts of how a songbook is built (for example how many songs and setlists you have, and whether you use tools like medleys, alternatives, optional songs or role tags), and how the purchase flow works. We also turn on Google Signals, which lets Google report our audience in aggregate, such as rough age range, gender and general region; this never identifies you and we do not use it for ad targeting. It never includes your song titles, lyrics or notes. You can decline, and the exported offline performer file contains no analytics at all.
• Buying Pro: checkout is handled by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for the sale. Their privacy policy covers the payment and your email; we only receive what is needed to issue and validate a license key.
• Activating Pro: when you enter a license key, the app contacts the license provider once to validate it. No songbook content is sent.
• Hosting: like any website, our host may keep standard server logs (for example IP address and request time) for security and reliability.
• Analytics: the marketing pages and, with your consent, the app use Google Analytics to count visits and see which features, views and settings are useful (including aggregate counts of how sets are built) and, through Google Signals, to understand our audience in aggregate (rough age, gender and region). IP addresses are anonymized and we do not use analytics for ad targeting or show ads. We never send your song titles, lyrics or notes. You can decline in the app, and if analytics are not enabled nothing of this kind runs.

Cookies & local storage

SetlistFlow does not show ads. With your consent, Google Analytics (with Google Signals) sets its own cookies to count visits and report aggregate audience demographics; we do not use these for ad targeting. The app also uses your browser’s local storage to keep your songbook and preferences on your device between visits; this never leaves your browser and is not shared. You can clear it any time from your browser, which removes your in-app data, so keep your own saved songbook files as backups.

If you decline, or if analytics are not enabled, no analytics cookies are set; you can also block cookies in your browser without affecting the app.

Your content stays yours

SetlistFlow is a personal tool for organizing and performing your music. Anything you enter stays on your device and in the files you choose to save; nothing is uploaded, shared or published by SetlistFlow.

You are solely responsible for the content you put into the app and for how you use it, including making sure you have the rights to any material you store, perform or share.

Terms of use

SetlistFlow is provided for your own use in organizing and performing your music. Do not use it for anything unlawful, and do not try to break, resell or pass off the app as your own. The app, its design and its code remain ours; your songbook content remains yours.

License & refunds

A SetlistFlow Pro purchase is a one-time license to use Pro features, for you, on your devices. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.

14-day refund. If Pro is not right for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase and we will give one, no hard questions. The free tier lets you try the core app before you ever pay, so please do that first. To request a refund, reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt or contact us with the email you used at checkout; refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.

Because Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record, the refund is processed on their platform and their terms also apply. A refund deactivates the Pro license; your songs, setlists and saved files stay on your device either way. Outside the 14-day window, contact us anyway if something is wrong with your purchase and we will try to make it right. See also our accessibility statement.

No warranty

SetlistFlow is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Keep your own saved-file backups. They are your master copy. We are not liable for lost data; the in-browser design is meant to keep that data in your hands.

Changes to this page

If these terms change, we will update this page and the date above. Continuing to use SetlistFlow after a change means you accept the updated terms.
