SetlistFlowSetlistFlow

A free setlist app with no account and no subscription

Most setlist apps just store your songs. SetlistFlow reads each song's energy, tempo and length and orders a set that actually builds and lands, or drafts a whole gig-ready set from your library in one tap. Then you perform from a clean stage view, in any browser, with no account, even offline.

The part other setlist apps don't do

Storing your songs is table stakes. The hard part is ordering a set so it flows, and that is where SetlistFlow is different. Everything else, no account, one price, offline, is how it stays out of your way.

📈

FlowOptimizer

Rate each song's energy and tempo, and it reshapes your running order to a proven curve: a steady build, a double peak, a soft landing and more. See the energy arc before you play it.

FlowBuilder

Give it a length or a song count and it drafts a whole gig-ready set from your library in one tap, encore and all, then you fine-tune.

🎚️

Roles that stick

Tag songs as opener, closer, encore, biggest hit, deep cut or cover, and the tools respect them while keeping the arc, so your best song never lands by accident at minute three.

💸

Pay once, or not at all

A genuinely usable free tier, and a one-time $24 unlock for the planning tools. No subscription, no per-band pricing.

📶

Offline at the gig

Your exported songbook is a single file that opens with no internet and becomes your read-only stage view. No account, nothing uploaded.

🖥️

Any device

Android, iPhone, iPad, Windows, macOS, Linux. If it has a browser, it runs. Nothing to install.

Based on publicly available information at the time of writing. Every app changes, so check each one for its current features and pricing. If you need deep MIDI control, backing tracks or real-time band sync, one of the full suites may suit you better. SetlistFlow is for planning and performing your own sets, fast, without an account.

Common questions

Is it really free?

Yes. The free tier covers up to 15 songs and one setlist with the full stage view, no account and no time limit. The one-time $24 Pro unlock removes the limits and adds the flow-planning tools. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal.

Do I need an account?

No sign-up, no login. Your songs and setlists are kept in your own browser and in the files you save. Nothing is uploaded to us. Clear your browser and the in-app copy goes with it, so keep your saved songbook files as your master backup.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Save your songbook once and you get a single file that opens in any browser with no internet and doubles as your read-only performer view. That is the file you open on stage.

Is this an OnSong or BandHelper alternative?

It is a lighter, no-account, buy-once alternative for musicians who plan their own sets and are tired of subscriptions and Apple-only tools. It does not try to replace every feature of the deep suites. It does the planning and the stage view very well, on any device.

What is the catch?

There isn't one hiding in the free tier. No ads, no data selling, no account. If the planning tools earn their keep for you, the one-time unlock is how the project stays alive.
